THE VISION: An interdenominational alliance of end-time prophetic agenda, conscious Ministers committed wholly to the full gospel, for the to tal man and the world.
THE MISSION: Interdenominational network of ministers, Churches and ministries aligned together for the purpose of vision sharpening, networking, support and divine empowerment for the expansion of God’s kingdom on earth.
THE ANCHOR: And the fire upon the alter shall be burning in it, it shall not be put out and priest shall burn wood on it every morning and lay the burnt offering in order upon it, and he shall burn thereon the fat of the peace offering. (Leviticus 6:7)

OPERATIONS
- FUEL THE FIRE: A monthly interdenominational ministers sharpening and communion Fellowship holding in different parts of the nation.
- MINISTRY ADVANCEMENT FUND: A financial source for ministry projects, run on a Revolving loan basis.
- COME YE APART: A retreat programme for ministers and their spouses.
- NETWORKING: A forum for ministers and ministries to locally and global for vision advancement. Networking platforms include; fellowship basis, introductions, recommendations, website and links.
- FUEL THE FIRE CONFERENCE: Once a year international conference that holds in all nations where the alliance is functional.
- LICENCING AND OPERATION: For international ministerial licensing and ordination to any of the five fold ministry offices.
MEMBERSHIP
Open only and strictly to those in ministry. Members are truly saved and genuinely called ministers from all denominations. Membership is by choice not force.
CONDITIONS
- Believe in the vision of the alliance
- Submission to the leadership of the alliance
- Regular attendance at the alliance fellowship meetings special programmes
- Submission of a fully filled membership form and approval by the membership screening committee
- Payment of yearly membership fee to process registration and to issue a membership I.D. Card.
- Payment of yearly membership fee apart from the registration fee.
- Financial commitment to the alliance vision in form dues, levies, pledges e.t.c.
- Commitment to the numerical growth of the fellowship

LEADERSHIP
The visioner is Bishop Samuel 1 Olumakinde Alawode. He is the President of Maranatha Lord Cometh Ministries International. He heads the entire alliance as the Apostolic cover and President
The alliance is run by a team of dedicated men and women ministers who are core members serving department in each of the different cities where the alliance is functional.
DEPARTMENTS
- MOBILIZATION: Mobilization for massive attendance at the alliance monthly fellowship and all other programmes.
- FINANCE: Keep adequate financial records and oversee income and expenditure of the alliance.
- PUBLICITY & IMAGE MAKING: Publicize all programmes and present the right image of the alliance.
- MINISTRY ADVANCEMENT FUND: Oversee the revolving loan scheme of the fellowship. See to the granting of loans and repayment of such.
- ORDINATION & LICENCING: Oversee the ordination and licensing of members.
- WELFARE: See to the individual needs and situation of each member of the alliance for encouragement, assistance and for social purposes.
- INTERCESSORY: Responsible for prayer matters at all fellowship and conferences, interceding for the alliance and her members on all issues.
- MUSIC: Responsible for praise and worship at all fellowship and conferences.
- MEDIA: Hand all media issues of each chapter of the alliance.
- TECHNICAL: Hand all technical and equipment matters.
